Ferrari can dominate Sebring 12 Hours 2026 with stacked driver lineups
Will a Ferrari 296 win the Sebring 12 Hours in 2026? Well, I think Ferrari has an amazing chance given the strength of the drivers they’ve sent to the United States!
FLORIDA, California — The Sebring 12 Hours is one of the toughest endurance racing experiences in the world. The event starts this weekend, with plenty of warm-up races from smaller series also taking place at the iconic circuit in the United States. However, the GTD Pro and GTD classes in the main attraction are what caught my attention, with Ferrari’s driver lineups putting the whole grid on notice. The Scuderia have sent some of their top representatives to compete in the Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO for the 12 hour race, showing they are looking to dominate in Florida.

Why Ferrari can win Sebring 12 Hours in 2026
Six Ferrari teams will participate in both the GTD PRO and GTD classes at the Sebring 12 Hours in 2026. While this isn’t anything overly special, it’s the caliber of drivers competing in these teams that should alarm their rivals. James Calado, and Miguel Molina are both FIA World Endurance Championship frontrunners in the Hypercar class, with Calado being a world champion. FIA Gold driver Riccardo Agostini will also be joining them in the GTD PRO class, showing the strength of just that one team alone.
The Risi Competizione GTD PRO team has even more amazing drivers, with Daniel Serra, Davide Rigon, and Alessandro Pier Guidi all being top-tier FIA Platinum drivers. Even in the lower GTD class, you have a driver like Antonio Fuoco competing under the AF Corse USA banner alongside FIA Silver drivers Lilou Wadoux Ducellier and Simon Mann. Fuoco is a 24 Hours of Le Mans winner in the Ferrari 499p Hypercar, and seasoned FIA Platinum driver within the Ferrari ecosystem.
Some of the lesser known but still exciting drivers representing Ferrari this weekend are the likes of Lorenzo Patrese and Manny Franco. Both pilots will represent Conquest Racing at the Sebring 12 Hours in 2026, with the two FIA Silver licence holders being joined by FIA Platinum driver Albert Costa. Patrese is one of the young rising stars within the Ferrari eco-system, while Franco is fresh off a strong weekend at the Thermal Club in the 2026 Ferrari Challenge North America series.
We already know that the Ferrari 296 GT3 EVO is one of the most reliable and fastest GT3’s on the grid. So combine the strength of the car with these insanely strong driver lineups, I don’t see how a Ferrari won’t win the 2026 edition of the Sebring 12 Hours…
